High creep strength of our ASME SB 626 Nickel Alloy Tubes is attained through control over crystal grains — via high temperature heat treatment, together with fine control over carbon, aluminum and titanium content. This ASTM B626 Nickel Welded Tubes is achieved by controlled levels of carbon, titanium and aluminum along with a 2100 Degree F of minimum anneal.

Our ASME SB 626 Nickel Alloy Welded Tubes is a nickel – iron – chromium alloy with good strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization in high-temperature exposure. In addition, these ASTM B626 Nickel-Cobalt Tubes has good corrosion resistance in acidic environments while being resistant to oxidation and carburization in high temperature environments.

The modification of our ASME SB 626 Nickel-Cobalt Alloy Tubes was to control carbon and grain size to optimize stress rupture properties. These ASTM B626 Nickel-Cobalt Welded Tubes is a nickel – iron – chromium alloy that is part of the family of ASME SB 626 Nickel-Cobalt Alloy Welded Tubes, which has excellent resistance to oxidation, sulfidation, and carburization. Solution annealing of ASME SB 626 Tubes should be done at a minimum of 1925 Degree F Annealing should be followed immediately by a rapid air or water quench.
