Cupro Nickel 90 Wire

Cupro Nickel 90 Wire Manufacture

Sachiya Steel International is a Leading Manufacture And Exporter Of Cupro Nickel 90 Wire. Some of the primary uses for Cupro Nickel 90 Wire include condensers as well as exchanger shells. Cupro Nickel 90 / 10 Wires has 2 % to 30 % nickel, high oxidation resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance. Some common applications for Cupro Nickel 90 / 10 Coil Wires include: valves, pump components, fittings, flanges and various other marine hardware components. The inclusion of controlled quantities of iron and manganese also give Cupro Nickel 90 / 10 Wire an extraordinary resistance to general corrosion and stress cracking, as well as to erosion and impingement due to turbulent water containing air bubbles and silt flowing at high velocities.

Cupro Nickel 90 / 10 Coiled Electrode is highly resistant to corrosion in seawater because its electrode potential is adjusted to be neutral with regard to seawater. Cu-Ni 90 / 10 Wire is not recommended for usage in heavily polluted water containing sewage and industrial wastes. Cu-Ni 90 / 10 Wire with additions of manganese is important in electrical engineering.

Additions of iron significantly improve the resistance of Cu-Ni 90 / 10 Coil Wire to erosion corrosion in flowing seawater and other aggressive waters. Cu-Ni 90 / 10 Wire are a copper – based alloy developed as a cost – effective substitute for Cu-Ni 70 / 30 Wire. Cu-Ni 90 / 10 Wire is a strong, ductile material exhibiting good corrosion resistance.
