Sachiya Steel International Is One Of The Leading Manufacturer And Exporter Of High Quality Hastelloy Alloy B2 Hydraulic Fittings, which is one of the popular nickel steel alloys. Hastelloy B2 Hydraulic Type Fittings is commonly formed by cold processing, which is also hardened by cold working. Standard cooling techniques can be followed for cold processing of Hastelloy B2 Hydraulic Forged Fittings, where industrial lubricants are used to reduce galling. Hastelloy B2 Forged Hydraulic Fittings can be annealed at 1177 Degree C or 2150 Degree F followed by quick quenching by air and water cooling. The nickel content makes Alloy B2 Hydraulic Fittings resistant to chloride – ion stress – corrosion cracking.
Copper and molybdenum in Alloy B2 Hydraulic Type Fittings give resistance to reducing environments, where the molybdenum content also provides good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The chromium in Alloy B2 Hydraulic Forged Fittings gives resistance to oxidizing environments such as nitric acid. The addition of niobium in Alloy B2 Forged Hydraulic Fittings reduces the effect of carbide precipitation during welding, thus increasing the alloy’s resistance to inter – granular corrosion.
More than most other metals of similar chemistry, Hastelloy N010665 Hydraulic Fittings offers superior protection against powerful chemical corrosion and comes with one of the best high – temperature strengths of any other steel. UNS N010665 Hydraulic Type Fittings should not be used in oxidizing media or where oxidizing contaminants are available in reducing media.
