Hastelloy Alloy B2 Wire

Hastelloy B2 Wire Manufacture

Sachiya Steel International is one of the pioneer Manufacture and Exporter of Hastelloy Alloy B2 Wire which has excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance with very good resistance to localized attack. Hastelloy B2 Wire can be easily forged in the temperature range of 1232 Degree C – 982 Degree C (2250 Degree F – 1800 Degree F). Stringent chemistry control for Hastelloy B2 Wire along with years of development has resulted in the alloy used today. The Corrosion – Resistant of Hastelloy B2 Coil Wire are widely used by the chemical processing industries.

The need for reliable performance in Hastelloy B2 Wire leads to their acceptance and growth in the areas of energy, health and environmental, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and flue gas desulfurization industries. The attributes of Hastelloy B2 Wire include high resistance to uniform attack, outstanding localized corrosion resistance, excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, and ease of welding and fabrication.

Alloy B2 Wire possesses outstanding resistance to non – oxidizing acids, such as hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid. The advantages of Alloy B2 Coil Wire over previous B-family alloys are enhanced thermal stability and improved fabrication characteristics. Alloy B2 Wire has very good resistance to reducing, and mildly oxidizing corrosives, which is particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. As always, special care must be taken in selecting our Alloy B2 Welding Electrode for the desired application.
