Sachiya Steel International is one of the Leading Manufacturer And Exporter Of High Quality Incoloy 925 Nipple, which may be machined in either the solution-annealed or aged condition. Application requiring a combination of high strength and corrosion resistance may consider Hexagonal Reducing Nipple. The high Nickel content in Hexagonal Nipple gives resistance to chloride ion stress – corrosion cracking, where pitting and crevice corrosion resistance is also excellent. One End Threaded Nipple offers corrosion resistance comparable with that of Incoloy 925, but with higher strength obtained by age hardening.
Both End Threaded Nipple is used in various applications in the crude oil and natural gas industry. This is because, Concentric Swaged Nipple is resistant to sulfide stress cracking and stress – corrosion cracking and therefore a perfect alloy for use down – hole and surface gas well components.
Resistance to sulfide stress cracking and stress – corrosion cracking in “sour” crude oil and natural gas environments means that Eccentric Swaged Nipple is used for down – hole and surface gas – well components as well as finding uses in marine and pump shafts or high – strength piping systems. Machining operations in Incoloy 925 Nipple can be performed by using commercial coolants. The nickel, in conjunction with the molybdenum and copper in Inconel 925 Nipple, also gives outstanding resistance to reducing chemicals. The chromium content of Incoloy 925 Nipple provides resistance to oxidizing environments.
