Stainless Steel 304L Tube to Male Fittings Manufacture

Sachiya Steel International is one of the Leading Manufacture And Exporter of Stainless Steel 304L Tube to Male Fittings, which is tougher than grade 304 stainless steel with a long stringy chip however, using chip breakers is recommended. Machining of our Stainless Steel 304L Tube Fittings requires low speeds and constant feeds to reduce its tendency to work harden. Welding of these Stainless Steel 304L Compression Fittings can be performed using most of the conventional fusion and resistance methods.

Oxyacetylene welding for our Stainless Steel 304L Compression Tube Fittings should be avoided, where filler metal is recommended. Conventional hot working processes can be performed, where these Stainless Steel 304L Male Connector Tube Fittings should be heated to 1149 Degree C – 1260 Degree C (2100 Degree C – 2300 Degree F); however, it should not be heated below 927 Degree C (1700 Degree F).

To optimize corrosion resistance, a post – work annealing of our SS 304L Tube Fittings is recommended. Shearing, stamping, heading and drawing are possible with these SS 304L Male Run Tee, and post – work annealing is recommended to eliminate internal stresses. Annealing of our SS 304L Male Connector Fittings is performed at 1010 Degree C – 1121 Degree C (1850 Degree F – 2050 Degree F), which should be followed by rapid cooling. These Stainless Steel 304L Male Elbow NPT does not respond to heat treatment, which offers higher creep and stress rupture properties than Alloy 304.
