The rolling mill technology was the only technique used to manufacture Stainless Steel 310 Hexagon Reducing Nipple for industrial purpose. The rolled strips of SS 310S Hexagon Nipple were formed into a circular cross section with the help of funnel rolls. The lap welding was then done on Stainless Steel 310 One End Threaded Nipple through the forge welding process.
Stainless Steel 310S Both End Threaded Nipple is manufactured with continuous tube mill using multi – torch tungsten Inert gas. The filler metal or forge welding process is not used in Stainless Steel 310 Concentric Swaged Nipple, which are then fed to the tubes mill by us. Stainless Steel 310S Eccentric Swaged Nipple is passed through the number of rollers as per the required size. In the tubes-mill, this Stainless Steel 310 Nipple is gradually converted into the tubular shape.
The fitted welding machine is then used to weld trim edges of SS 310S Nipple using TIG welding process. The scraps and inside weld bead of 310 Stainless Steel Nipple are removed instantaneously by the machine. 310S Stainless Steel Nipple is cut to the required lengths depending upon the industrial demand, which is then subjected to cleaning to remove the dirt.
