Sachiya Steel International is one of the Leading Manufacturer And Exporter of Stainless Steel 347H Tube to Male Fittings, where a mixture of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid is used in pickling. As a distinctive feature of high Nickel, machinability is difficult in comparison with the austenitic Stainless Steel 347H Tube Fittings, but is easier than with Ni – based alloys. Stainless Steel 347H Compression Fittings is used as a super – hard tool whenever possible, together with a slow feed speed and large cut depth, is advised. Possible welding methods include shielded metal arc welding, TIG welding, and plasma welding, in the same manner as with standard austenitic Stainless Steel 347H Male Connector Fittings.
As welding consumables, Stainless Steel 347H Ferrule Tube Fittings should be used, where pre – heating and post – welding heat treatment are not necessary. By adding optimal quantities of chromium, molybdenum, nickel and other alloying metals, we improve Stainless Steel 347H Double Ferrule Tube Fittings to provide overall corrosion protection as well as improve resistance against grain boundary corrosion, pitting and crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
Solution annealing of Stainless Steel 347H Compression Tube Fittings should be performed at 1105 Degree C, and higher followed by being quenched in water or rapidly cooled by other means. However, due to the high corrosion resistance of 347H Stainless Steel Male Connector Fittings, scale is somewhat difficult to remove in comparison with Type 347.
