Stainless Steel 410 Pipes Manufacture

Stainless Steel 410 Pipes is high alloy steel, and it contains elements such as nickel, chromium, manganese, iron, carbon, niobium, phosphorus and sulphur. This grade is beneficial for high-temperature service due to its great mechanical properties. Also, this grade shows intergranular corrosion resistance when exposed to chromium carbide precipitation in the range of 800-1500°F.

Grade ss347is modified to made Stainless Steel 410 Pipes, which has high carbon content and improved strength. This grade also shows good tensile strength as well as yield strength. It is quite tough to machine 347H. The hardness of this steel is enhanced using constant feeds as well as slow speeds.

It is accessible to weld Stainless Steel 410 Pipes using various methods; however, oxyacetylene welding is not recommended for this grade. This grade can be annealed between 1850-2000°F and quenched with water. This grade is mainly used in engine components, rockets, aircraft, cars, chemical processing. Also, it is used in petrochemical, offshore oil drilling, gas processing, pulp and paper industry, pharmaceutical, thermal power plant and food processing industry.
