Sachiya Steel International is one of the Leading Manufacturer And Exporter of High Quality Stainless Steel 410 Tube to Female Pipes, which is the higher carbon version of the alloy. These Stainless Steel 410 Tube Fittings was developed for enhanced creep resistance and for higher strength at temperatures above 1000 Degree F (537 Degree C). In most instances, the carbon content of Stainless Steel 410 Compression Fittings enables dual certification. These Stainless Steel 410 Female Connector Fittings cannot be hardened by heat treatment, only by cold working. Stainless Steel 410 Ferrule Fittings can be easily welded and processed by standard shop fabrication practices.
These Stainless Steel 410 Double Ferrule Fittings can be used in nitric solutions and also in most diluted organic acids at moderate temperatures. SS 410 Tube Fittings used in pure phosphoric acid at lower temperatures and up to 10 % diluted solutions at elevated temperatures. These SS 410 Compression Fittings resists polyphonic acid stress corrosion cracking in hydrocarbon service. SS 410 Female Connector Fittings can also be utilized in chloride or fluoride free caustic solutions at moderate temperatures.
These SS 410 Ferrule Fittings does not perform well in chloride solutions, even in small concentrations, or in sulphuric acid. The high Sulphur content of SS 410 Double Ferrule Fittings also has a detrimental impact on hot workability. If hot forming is required, once again, these SS 410 Compression Tube Fittings should be considered as an alternate selection.
