Although “commercially pure”, Titanium Grade 2 Spring Steel Wire Mesh has acceptable mechanical properties and has been used for orthopedic and dental implants. For most applications, Titanium Grade 2 Fencing Wire Mesh is alloyed with small amounts of aluminum and vanadium, typically 6 % and 4 % respectively, by weight.

Ti Alloy Gr. 2 Hexagonal Wire Mesh can easily be cold rolled, but cold drawing is very difficult because of frequent seizing on the die.
