Sachiya Steel International Is One Of The Leading Manufacturer And Exporter Of High Quality Titanium Grade 2 Hydraulic Fittings, which has numerous applications in the medical industry. Titanium Grade 2 Hydraulic Fittings is stronger and similar in ductility and only slightly less formable – but it possesses higher mechanicals than its predecessors. Stress relieving of Titanium Grade 2 Forged Hydraulic Fittings should be performed by heating to a temperature between 900 Degree F and 1100 Degree F followed by either forced air or slow cooling. Grade 2 Titanium Hydraulic Tube Fittings is also known as near-alpha alloys that contain small amount of ductile beta – phase.
Besides alpha – phase stabilizers, near-alpha alloys such as Grade 2 Titanium Forged Hydraulic Fittings are alloyed with 1 % – 2 % of beta phase stabilizers. In Ti Alloy Gr. 2 Hydraulic Fittings, an oxidized layer forms as well that must be chemically or mechanically removed after work. Ti Alloy Gr. 2 Hydraulic Tube Fittings can easily be hot worked, where this oxidized layer forms spontaneously and immediately upon exposure to oxygen.
Ti Alloy Gr. 2 Forged Hydraulic Fittings has excellent welding and fabrication properties and is extremely resistant to corrosion especially from reducing acids. If damaged, Ti Grade 2 Hydraulic Fittings re – forms readily as long as there is some source of oxygen (air or moisture) in the environment. The parts built with Grade 2 Titanium Alloy Hydraulic Fittings have chemical composition corresponding to ASTM standard.
