]]> Sachiya Steel International offers an extensive collection of Incoloy 825 Wire Mesh, which has good anti – oxidation and non – oxidizing heat acid performance. Incoloy 825 Hexagonal Wire Mesh is an Austenitic Nickel – Iron – Chromium Alloy Developed for Exceptional Corrosion Resistance in Both Oxidizing and Reducing Environments. Alloy 825 Welding Wire Mesh is used in chemical process equipment, acid production piping and vessels, pickling, etc. Incoloy 825 Netting Wire Mesh is a nickel – iron – chromium alloy with titanium, molybdenum and copper, which has good mechanical properties from cryogenic temperatures to moderately high temperatures.

Incoloy 825 Woven Wire Mesh has excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress – corrosion cracking, and to localized attack such as pitting and crevice corrosion. Incoloy 825 Spring Steel Wire Mesh has useful resistance to boiling sulfuric acid up to 40 % concentration, to 60 % concentration at 176 Degree F and in all concentrations to 150 Degree F. Incoloy 825 Fencing Wire Mesh is even used as clad steel pipe – where resistance to stress cracking or general corrosion to a range of reducing or oxidizing acids is required.

For long production runs if Alloy 825 Wires, the alloy tool steels, and high – speed steels give good results, especially if hard chromium plated to reduce galling. Alloy 825 Hexagonal Wire Mesh is also used in ammonium sulfate vessels, marine exhaust systems, expansion bellows, power station ash hoppers, etc.

Sachiya Steel International is one of the well-known manufacturers for high quality Stainless Steel 310 Wire Mesh, which contain 16 percent to 26 percent chromium and up to 35 percent nickel, which, like manganese, is a strong austenite. SS 310 Hexagonal Wire Mesh has characteristics from an invisible, self – healing chromium oxide film that forms when chromium is added at concentrations greater than 10.5 percent. The best corrosion resistance is obtained in this austenitic Stainless Steel 310S Welding Wire Mesh, where their microstructures consist of very clean crystals in which all alloying elements are held in solid solution.

Austenitic SS 310 Netting Wire Mesh cannot be hardened by heat treatment; they are also nonmagnetic. The ferritic and martensitic Stainless Steel 310S Woven Wire Mesh both have an excellent microstructure, where the latter has a higher carbon level and can be hardened and is used for knives and tools. Stainless Steel 310 Spring Steel Wire Mesh contain only up to 0.12 percent carbon, which also have chromium as their main alloy addition and practically no nickel. Corrosion resistance of this Stainless Steel 310S Fencing Wire Mesh is modest, and they are ferromagnetic. SS 310 Wire Mesh is employed at high temperatures — e.g., 800 Degree C (1,450 Degree F). Solution hardening of this Stainless Steel 310S Wire Mesh is used in this group to keep the steels strong at such heat.

While, there are many specialised types of fittings which can be manufactured, the most common types of fittings which we manufacture include pipe elbow, tee, reducers, cap, stub ends and special size pipe bends in both seamless and welded (100% X-Ray Tested/Radiography) form.

Buttweld fittings are manufactured in accordance with national and international product standards, while we can also produce fittings as per special specifications of our customers. In case of custom size fabricated buttweld fittings, the welding is done is carried out by qualified personnel.

Buttweld fittings are generally supplied with plain ends. However, on requests from our customers fittings be supplied with beveled ends in accordance with to ASME B16.25.
