Sachiya Steel International offers an extensive collection of Incoloy 825 Wire Mesh, which has good anti – oxidation and non – oxidizing heat acid performance. Incoloy 825 Hexagonal Wire Mesh is an Austenitic Nickel – Iron – Chromium Alloy Developed for Exceptional Corrosion Resistance in Both Oxidizing and Reducing Environments. Alloy 825 Welding Wire Mesh is used in chemical process equipment, acid production piping and vessels, pickling, etc. Incoloy 825 Netting Wire Mesh is a nickel – iron – chromium alloy with titanium, molybdenum and copper, which has good mechanical properties from cryogenic temperatures to moderately high temperatures.

Incoloy 825 Woven Wire Mesh has excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress – corrosion cracking, and to localized attack such as pitting and crevice corrosion. Incoloy 825 Spring Steel Wire Mesh has useful resistance to boiling sulfuric acid up to 40 % concentration, to 60 % concentration at 176 Degree F and in all concentrations to 150 Degree F. Incoloy 825 Fencing Wire Mesh is even used as clad steel pipe – where resistance to stress cracking or general corrosion to a range of reducing or oxidizing acids is required.

For long production runs if Alloy 825 Wires, the alloy tool steels, and high – speed steels give good results, especially if hard chromium plated to reduce galling. Alloy 825 Hexagonal Wire Mesh is also used in ammonium sulfate vessels, marine exhaust systems, expansion bellows, power station ash hoppers, etc.
