Sachiya Steel International offers a wide quality range of Incoloy 800 Wire which belongs to the category of super austenitic stainless steels where the general corrosion resistance is excellent. This Incoloy 800 Wire exhibits an austenite structure similar to austenitic stainless steels, and appropriate heat treatment procedures and requirements are similar. Our Incoloy 800H Wire is often used in Nitric acid catalyst supports, Reformer outlet pigtails and manifolds. Applications of this Incoloy 800HT Electrode include furnace components and equipment, pigtails and headers, sheathing for electrical heating elements and petrochemical furnace cracker tubes.

In the solution annealed condition, our Incoloy 800 Coil Wire has superior creep and stress rupture properties. The chemical balance allows this Incoloy 800H Wire to exhibit excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization and nitriding atmospheres. Incoloy 800HT Welding Filler is best joined / welded using products for high temperature situations and resistance to aqueous corrosion at moderate temperatures. Our Incoloy 800 Filler Wire is extremely functional as it maintains a stable structure, even when exposed to high temperature.

In addition to the chemistry restrictions, this Incoloy 800H Coil Wire receives a high temperature annealing treatment that produces an average grain size or coarser. Our Incoloy 800HT Welding Electrode is an iron – nickel – chromium alloy having sufficient resistance to carburization and oxidation at high temperatures as well as moderate strength.

Sachiya Steel International offers a wide range of Inconel 718 Wire which associates good creep and rupture strength with a high resistance to fatigue. Popular uses of this Inconel 718 Wire are high strength bolting, and down hole shafting. Hot – cold working of our Inconel 718 Wire in the range 1700 Degree F / 1850 Degree F (927 Degree C / 1010 Degree C) will improve the strength of the forging if the service temperature is below about 1100 Degree F (593 Degree C).

Examples of this Inconel 718 Coil Wire are components for liquid fueled rockets, rings, casings and various formed sheet metal parts for aircraft and land – based gas turbine engines, and cryogenic tankage. Our Inconel 718 Welding Wire has good resistance to oxidation and corrosion at temperatures in the alloy’s useful strength range in atmospheres encountered in jet engines and gas turbine operations. This Inconel 718 Electrode has relatively good weldability, formability, and excellent cryogenic properties compared to other precipitation hardening nickel alloys.

Other popular nickel – chromium alloys like our Inconel 718 Wires are age hardened through the addition of aluminum and titanium. This Alloy 718 Wire has better mechanical properties at lower temperatures than Nimonic 90 Electrode & Inconel X – 750 Electrode. Our Alloy 718 Wire combines corrosion resistance and high strength with outstanding weldability including resistance to post – weld cracking.

Sachiya Steel International offers a wide range of Inconel 601 Wire, which develops a tightly adherent oxide scale which resists spalling even under severe thermal cycling. Other applications of our Inconel 601 Wires include thermocouple protection tubes, condenser tubes, process heaters, and so on. This Inconel 601 Wire is best forged, for large deformations, between 2250 Degree F and 1900 Degree F, but forging may be continued to 1650 Degree F. Due to high chromium and some aluminum content in our Inconel 601 Coil Wire, good resistance in oxidizing sulfur bearing atmospheres at elevated temperatures is demonstrated.

This Inconel 601 Electrode is often used in Chemical Processing, Heat treating industry, Aerospace, Power generation and so on. Our Inconel 601 Wire is a standard material of construction for various types of thermal – processing equipment. This Inconel 601 Wire has good creep rupture strength, along with readily joined by conventional welding products and processes. Our Alloy 601 Wire can be machined using conventional machining methods which are used for iron – based alloys.

This Alloy 601 Coil Wire is not suggested for use in strongly reducing and sulfur bearing environments. Our Alloy 601 Wire is a Nickel – Chromium alloy with an addition of Aluminum for outstanding resistance to oxidation and other forms of high temperature corrosion.
