ASTM B626 Welded Tube Manufacture

High creep strength of our ASME SB 626 Nickel Alloy Tubes is attained through control over crystal grains — via high temperature heat treatment, together with fine control over carbon, aluminum and titanium content. This ASTM B626 Nickel Welded Tubes is achieved by controlled levels of carbon, titanium and aluminum along with a 2100 Degree F of minimum anneal.

Our ASME SB 626 Nickel Alloy Welded Tubes is a nickel – iron – chromium alloy with good strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization in high-temperature exposure. In addition, these ASTM B626 Nickel-Cobalt Tubes has good corrosion resistance in acidic environments while being resistant to oxidation and carburization in high temperature environments.

The modification of our ASME SB 626 Nickel-Cobalt Alloy Tubes was to control carbon and grain size to optimize stress rupture properties. These ASTM B626 Nickel-Cobalt Welded Tubes is a nickel – iron – chromium alloy that is part of the family of ASME SB 626 Nickel-Cobalt Alloy Welded Tubes, which has excellent resistance to oxidation, sulfidation, and carburization. Solution annealing of ASME SB 626 Tubes should be done at a minimum of 1925 Degree F Annealing should be followed immediately by a rapid air or water quench.

Welding products are used as matching composition filler material for welding these ASTM B516 UNS N06601 Tubes wrought and cast products, for dissimilar welding applications including other nickel – chromium – molybdenum alloys and stainless steels, and for weld overlay or cladding of steels.

Our ASTM B516 UNS N06603 Tubes was the first wrought, nickel – chromium – molybdenum material to alleviate concerns over welding (by virtue of extremely low carbon and silicon contents). As such, these ASTM B516 UNS N06025 Tubes was widely accepted in the chemical process and associated industries, and at this time has a track record of proven performance in a vast number of corrosive chemicals.

Sachiya Steel International is engaged in manufacturing ASTM B704 Welded Tube to the clients, which is a high performing nickel – iron – chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, titanium and copper. These ASTM B704 UNS N06625 Tubes is actually nickel – iron – chromium – molybdenum alloy with good corrosion resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids and sea water.

ASME SB 704 UNS N06219 Tubes has excellent resistance to both oxidizing and reducing acids, to SCC, and to localized attack such as crevice corrosion and pitting. These ASTM B704 UNS N08825 Tubes is especially resistant to phosphoric and sulfuric acids, along with offering outstanding performance in sea water.

ASME SB 704 UNS N06625 Welded Tubes is used for chemical processing, pollution – control equipment, oil and gas well piping, acid production, pickling equipment and nuclear fuel reprocessing. These ASTM B704 UNS N06219 Welded Tubes has high nickel content, sufficient to resist chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, and a very stable austenite structure.

As it stops localized attacks such as pitting and crevice corrosion, ASME SB 704 UNS N08825 Welded Tubes therefore has high level of resistance to variety of oxidizing substances such as nitrates, oxidizing salt and nitric acid. The chemical composition of these ASTM B704 N06625 Alloy Tubes provides great resistance to a lot of corrosive environments, such as pitting, crevice corrosion, inter – granular corrosion, and stress – corrosion cracking. To obtain maximum corrosion resistance, heat treated ASTM B704 N06219 Alloy Tubes should be pickled and rinsed.
