Due to the naturally occurring iron content in lateritic ores of Nickel 201 Wire, the end product of most smelters working with such ores is ferro – nickel, which can be used by steel producers after silicon, carbon and phosphorus impurities are removed. Nickel 201 Coil Wire produces nickel oxide, which is then reduced using electric furnaces at temperatures between the ranges of 2480 Degree F – 2930 Degree F (1360 Degree C – 1610 Degree C) and volatilized to produce nickel metal and nickel sulphide.

Most often, Nickel 201 Wire is found in steels and metal alloys, but it is also used in the production of batteries and permanent magnets. The nickel – containing austenitic range of Nickel 201 is defined by their face – centered cubic (FCC) crystal structure, which has one atom at each corner of the cube and one in the middle of each face.

Nickel 201 Wire is primarily extracted from the nickel sulphide pentlandite, pyrrhotite, and milarite, which contain about 1 % nickel content, and the iron – containing lateritic ores limonite and garnierite, which contain about 4 % nickel content. Alloy 201 Wire is a strong, lustrous, silvery – white metal that is a staple of our daily lives.

Monel K500 Welding Wire is a metal alloy consisting mostly of iron, in addition to small amounts of carbon, depending on the grade and quality of the steel. Monel K500 Coil Wire is any type of steel to which one or more elements besides carbon have been intentionally added, to produce a desired physical property or characteristic.

Common elements that are added to make Monel K500 are molybdenum, manganese, nickel, silicon, boron, chromium, and vanadium. These metals are added to produce specific properties for Monel K500  that is not found in regular carbon steel. Alloy K500 Filler Wire is normally used in the annealed temper, and strength characteristics described below are representative of annealed material. Alloy K500 should be machined by the procedures, where the usual annealing temperature is approximately 1900 Degree F (1040 Degree C).

Like other nickel alloys, Alloy K500 Coil Wire should be clean before it is heated and should be heated in a low – Sulphur atmosphere. In various types of high – temperature water, Alloy K500 Welding Wire displays low corrosion rates and excellent resistance to stress – corrosion cracking.

Our Hastelloy X Coil Wires offers exceptional performance in furnace rolls or other industrial furnace applications because of the alloy’s strong resistance to oxidizing, reducing and neutral atmospheres.

In addition, Hastelloy X Wire is widely used for a variety of chemical processing parts, including retorts, pyrolysis tubing, and muffles due to its exceptional resistance to stress – corrosion cracking. Our Hastelloy X wire is normally supplied in the solution – treated condition, following a treatment at 2150 Degree F (1175 Degree C) and rapid cooling. Bright annealed parts of Hastelloy X Wires are cooled in hydrogen, where high – speed steel or cast – alloy tools are recommended.

Sachiya Steel International is one of the well-known Manufacture And Exporter of Hastelloy B3 Wire which can be hot forged, hot rolled, hot upset, hot extruded, and hot formed. Hastelloy B3 Wire exhibits high resistance to chloride – induced pitting and crevice attack, and forms of corrosion to which the austenitic stainless steels are particularly prone. To assess the resistance of alloys to pitting and crevice attack, Hastelloy B3 Coil Wires is customary to measure their Critical Pitting Temperatures and Critical Crevice Temperatures in acidified ferric chloride, in accordance with the procedures defined in ASTM Standard.

Hastelloy B3 Wire represents the lowest temperatures at which pitting and crevice attack is encountered in this solution, within 72 hours. Wrought products of our Hastelloy B3 Wire are supplied in the Mill Annealed (MA) condition, unless otherwise specified. This solution annealing procedure in Hastelloy B3 Wires has been designed to optimize the alloy’s corrosion resistance and ductility.

Following all hot forming operations, our Alloy B3 Coil Wire should be re – annealed, to restore optimum properties. Alloy B3 Wire should also be re – annealed after any cold forming operations that result in an outer fiber elongation of 7 % or more. However, our Alloy B3 Coil Wire is more sensitive to strain and strain rates than the austenitic stainless steels, and the hot working temperature range is quite narrow.

Our Hastelloy C276 Wire offer faster machining speeds, longer tool life, improved part quality, and lower total cost of machined parts. This Hastelloy C276 Coil Wire is non – magnetic in the annealed condition but may possibly become slightly magnetic as a result of cold working or welding.

Our Hastelloy C276 Wire is versatile, general purpose stainless steels with good resistance to atmospheric corrosion, to a lot of organic and inorganic chemicals, and to foods and beverages.  This Hastelloy C276 Coil Wire has as well been used in vacuum processing equipment and specialized instruments where high integrity is essential. Our Hastelloy C276 Electrode offer faster machining speeds, longer tool life, improved part quality, and lower total cost of machined parts.

This Alloy C276 Filler Wire is forged between 2250 Degree F / 1750 Degree F (1230 Degree C / 955 Degree C) following a soak at forging temperature of 30 minutes per inch of billet or ingot section thickness. Forging of our Alloy C276 Wire should be started immediately when the stock is removed from the reheat furnace and 25 % / 40 % reductions help to retain as much internal heat as possible.

Sachiya Steel International is one of the well-known manufacturers for Hastelloy C22 Wire which is selected over different alloys for the clamshell bellows after extensive testing. Analysis of corrosion resistance of the tested material can also be performed in Hastelloy C22 Wire and the results provided to the customer as a free technical service. Hastelloy C22 Wire is tested for this hydrofluoric acid pre – scrubber after the original material failed. Sleeved electro – galvanizing finishing rolls made of Hastelloy C22 Coil Wire are ready for placement in a steel finishing manufacturing line.

Conditions were so severe in C-stage bleaching operations at one mill that even Hastelloy C22 Electrode welds were suspect. As a preventive maintenance measure, three millimeters was ground off each weld and replaced with a weld deposit of Hastelloy C22  Electrode. These Alloy C22 Coil Wire helps reduce defects on the rolls which is necessary to produce defect free galvanized steel for the automotive industry.

Alloy C22 Wire had four times better corrosion resistance than the original material and 20 percent better than the other alloys at 150 Degree F to 200 Degree F. Solid rocket propellant effluents and salt air in Alloy C22 Wire causes pitting and crevice corrosion attack of stainless steel. Alloy C22 Wire has a more restricted composition for improved performance, where these improvements are of such significance that it has been widely patented throughout the world.

This Incoloy 330 Wire is an austenitic nickel – iron – chromium alloy developed to provide excellent resistance to carburizing and oxidizing atmospheres at elevated temperatures. Our SS 330 Wire combines excellent resistance to carburization and oxidation at temperatures up to 2200 Degree F (1200 Degree C) with high strength.
