Like most titanium alloys, Titanium Grade 5 Electrode has outstanding resistance to corrosion in most natural and many industrial process environments. Grade 5 Titanium Wire is alloyed with aluminum, manganese, iron, molybdenum and other metals to increase strength, to withstand high temperatures, and to lighten the resultant alloy. Grade 5 Titanium Coil Wire is often used in pressure vessels; rocket engine cases; helicopter rotor hubs; fasteners; critical forgings requiring high strength-to-weight ratios.

Grade 5 Titanium Welding Wire is an aerospace alloy that will have ultimate tensile strength at and above 120,000 psi, where it further accounts for 50 percent of total titanium usage the world over. The high cost of Grade 5 Titanium limit their use to military applications, aircraft, spacecraft, medical devices, highly stressed components such as connecting rods on expensive sports cars and some premium sports equipment and consumer electronics.

Cu-Ni 90 / 10 Wire with additions of manganese is important in electrical engineering.

Sachiya Steel International is one of the Leading Manufacture And Exporter of Duplex S31803 Wire, which is also alloyed with tungsten and / or copper. Duplex S31803 Wire takes its name from its two-phase microstructure of ferrite and austenite in approx. equal proportions. Duplex S31803 Coil Wire contains over 20 % chromium and approximately 5 % nickel, and it is part of the group of stainless steels. In Duplex S31803 Coiled Wire, the minimum chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen content has been increased compared to other material.

Duplex S31803 Wire acquires their optimum properties with a balanced ferrite – austenite ratio of approximately 50 / 50. Compared to the austenitic stainless steels, Duplex S31803 Wire contain less nickel (approx. 4 % to 8 %), which results in very good value for money. Duplex S32205 Wire may be used in the temperature range between –40 Degree C and 280 Degree C. The typical composition of Duplex S32205 Wire is illustrated with 25 % chromium, 7 % nickel, 4 % molybdenum and 0.25 % nitrogen.

Duplex S32205 Wire is also distinguished by its increased resistance to pitting, crevice and stress corrosion cracking, and an additional increase in its mechanical strength values. Duplex S32205 Wire is currently the most widespread variants and is distinguished by outstanding application properties and by high availability in all the relevant product forms.

Sachiya Steel International is one of the Leading Manufacture And Exporter of quality Nickel Alloy 200 Wire, where chlorine additives would be an alternative. Nickel 200 Coil Wire is a Nickel based alloy containing 47.5 % Nickel, 22 % Chromium and 18.5 % Iron, with small amounts of Cobalt, Molybdenum and Tungsten. All hot – or cold – worked parts of Nickel 200 Wire should be annealed and rapidly cooled in order to restore the best balance of properties. Carbide tools in Nickel 200 Wire should have smaller angles than high – speed tools and operating speeds can be higher.

After 100 hours in petroleum coke, Nickel 200 is completely penetrated by carburization; whereas its specimens showed no carburization at all. Useful Properties for Aircraft and Furnace Parts, Nickel 200 Wire is recommended especially for use in furnace applications. Alloy 200 Wire has unusual resistance to oxidizing, reducing, and neutral atmospheres, where work hardening occurs whenever a tool makes a cut.

Its uncommon resistance to oxidation, combined with exceptional heat resistance and fabricability, make Alloy 200 a widely sought – after blend in a number of industries. Thoroughly clean work piece after machining Alloy 200 Coil Wire, is to prevent surface contamination during subsequent heat treating. Because of the low thermal conductivity in Alloy 200 Wire, heat build – up is a problem, and therefore, correct coolant application is necessary.
