The nickel content maintains a ductile and austenitic structure; as a result, our Incoloy 800H Angle is readily formed, machined and welded. The high percentage of nickel maintains an austenitic structure so that Incoloy 800HT Angle is ductile, which can be welded by common welding techniques by using a matching filler metal.

Our Incoloy 800 C-Channel is a nickel – iron – chromium alloy with the supreme resistance to corrosion, which is also used in extruded tubing for ethylene and steam methane reforming furnaces. Incoloy 800HT H-Beam remains available, subject to commercial considerations, and certain specifications which restrict the service temperature of Incoloy 800H H-Beam. Our Incoloy 800HT I-Beam is nickel – iron – chromium alloy having the same basic composition as 800 but with significantly higher creep – rupture strength.

This Nickel-Iron-Chromium Alloy 800 H-Beam has good strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization in high temperature atmospheres. Our Alloy 800H I-Beam maintains a stable and austenitic structure during prolonged exposure to high temperatures. Alloy 800 Chain also remains stable in long term high temperature service. The high temperature resistance of our Alloy 800HT T-Beam is comparable to Alloy 800 T-Beam.
